Fenerbahce Beko lost to Russian heavyweights CSKA Moscow 78-67 in Game 2 of the best-of-five series despite Marko Guduric’s 27-point performance.
Daniel Hackett led the home side by producing 14 points and nine assists while Tornike Shengelia finished with 11 points, seven assists and seven rebounds at Moscow’s Megasport Arena on Friday.
Nikita Kurbanov also added 10 points.
In addition to Guduric’s impressive form, Danilo Barthel and Nando De Colo each racked up nine points for the visitors.
CSKA Moscow took a 2-0 lead in the EuroLeague playoffs and they are one win away from the Final Four.
The series moves to Istanbul for Game 3 which will take place on April 28 at Ulker Sports and Event Hall.
