ZAMBIA’s High Commissioner to INDIA JUDITH KAPIJIMPANGA says there has been an increase in export of essential drugs from INDIA to ZAMBIA due to the ravaging COVID-19 Pandemic.

Ms .KAPIJIMPANGA however disclosed that there was a reduction of 22.38 percent commodity value exports from India to Zambia during the trade period under review.

She was speaking during the Inaugural Session of business opportunities in India and Zambia Virtual Conclave organised by the World Trade Center.

Ms .KAPIJIMPANGA said the virtual meeting is an important tool in rethinking ways of doing business between the two countries to achieve a win- win situation.

She has urged INDIAN investors to consider Zambia as the best destination for investment in energy, tourism, agriculture, infrastructure and manufacturing, among others.
