Police in Lusaka have continued looking for the owner of the house in New Kasama where 65 million Kwacha cash and over 50,000 U.S dollars was confiscated.

He said this in a telephone interview in Lusaka today.
Mr. MASIYE who could not disclose details of the investigations referred other queries concerning the matter to the police Spokesperson ESTHER KATONGO.
Meanwhile the National Democratic Congress -NDC- has called for professionalism as the police work to establish the real source of the 65 million kwacha found at a house of a Lusaka resident FAITH MUSONDA.
NDC national coordinator JOSEPH KASONDE says law enforcement agencies and investigative wings should work on this matter independently.
Mr. KASONDE states that, if justice is to prevail, there should be no political interference in how the agencies get to the root of the recovered monies.
He says the NDC is hopeful the owner of the cash will be cooperative in revealing the source of the money.
