First Lady Mutinta Hichilema has encouraged women and youths to form cooperatives or groups with common values in order to access the Constituency Development Fund.

Mrs Hichilema says mothers with differently abled children need to access government support, as NO child should be disadvantaged.

The First Lady was speaking when she joined citizens, led by Senior Chief Shakumbila of the Sala people in Central province, for a thanksgiving ceremony.

Mrs Hichilema also encouraged women to take advantage of the free education policy by taking their children to school.

She is also optimistic that Zambia will prosper and no woman or youth will be left behind.
