The Long awaited national airline will officially commence operations on December 1, 2021.
The Board of Directors for the Zambia Airways says the National airline will operate on domestic destinations from Livingstone to Ndola.
The Board says the Airline will operate on a frequency of five to six times a week on the Ndola Livingstone route.
The airline will introduce additional routes to Mfuwe and Solwezi and add regional destinations which include Johannesburg in South Africa and Harare in Zimbabwe in the first Quarter of 2022 .
The Board in a statement issued to ZNBC news said they are committed to enhancing tourism and investments as well as job creation.
The Board further said they will operate under strict COVID-19 protocols and have urged Zambians to support the Airline once it commences operations.
