Galatasaray’s Turkish winger Kerem Akturkoglu sealed a multi-year deal Thursday with the Istanbul club.
“We have signed a contract extension with Kerem Akturkoglu through 2025 – 2026 season!” Galatasaray said on Twitter.
“I want to contribute to Galatasaray in the best way for long years and win titles,” the 23-year-old said after signing the contract.
Akturkoglu, who mainly plays on the left flank, is a Galatasaray regular.
In 2020, Galatasaray signed him on a free transfer from 24 Erzincanspor, a lower division club in Turkey.
Akturkoglu has scored 12 goals and produced eight assists in 54 appearances for Galatasaray.
This season, he tallied six goals and five assists in 25 matches in all competitions.
He separately plays for the Turkish national team.
