Brittany Power beat down three other title holders to get her first NHRA win of the period at the Four-Wide Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Engine Speedway on Sunday.
The 2017 title holder had a run of 3.718-seconds at 338.00 mph in the title quad of Top Fuel, besting four-time guarding world champion Steve Torrence, Tony Schumacher and Antron Brown.
“This is immense for our group,” Power said after her twelfth vocation win. “It was difficult out there and we confronted extreme rivalry the entire day, however we’re eager to get a success like this. Ron Capps won the Amusing Vehicle – his first since turning into a group proprietor this season. He went 3.914 at 331.20 in the last round.
