President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has paid tribute to Zambians for ushering the UPND into Office which has enabled the employment of over 40,000 public workers without segregation.
President HICHILEMA says the policies being implemented by government are aimed at changing the lives of citizens through empowerment with jobs.
The Head of State said this upon arrival at Kasama Airport in Northern Province.
And President HICHILEMA has asked Zambians to utilise the potential that exists in natural resources such as Water and vast land to create wealth.
Earlier, Northern Province Minister LEONARD MBAO said the UPND Administration has demonstrated a governance system devoid of segregation.
AND UPND Provincial Chairperson, VICTOR SINKALA commended the government for the transparency shown in the ongoing recruitment of civil servants.
Meanwhile President HICHILEMA said the new dawn administration is delivering on its campaign promises such as the re-introduction of free education and revised Constituency Development Fund- CDF.
The President also said government wants to restore dignity among traditional leaders by treating them fairly.
He was speaking during a luncheon organised by the UPND in Northern Province to raise funds for the party.
