Presidential spokesperson ANTHONY BWALYA has advised opposition Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) President EDITH NAWAKWI to stop divisive politics.
Mr. BWALYA says the opposition leader’s recent outbursts show that she is out of touch with reality and how Zambia has changed since last year’s change of government.
The Presidential Spokesperson says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has already scored major milestones like the increase in Constituency Development Funds (CDF), paying of pensions to retirees as well as the recruitment of thousands of teachers and health workers.
He told ZNBC News that it is these milestones which Ms. NAWAKWI is supposed to focus on instead of her kind of politics which were rejected by Zambians last year.
Mr. BWALYA has reiterated that the President will continue to focus on prioritising the needs of ordinary people by making sure that public resources are prioritised for the greater benefit of Zambians.
